Bridal Walk is one of the first major store events The Gem Gallery participates in the year. Put on by the Downtown Bozeman Association, Bridal Walk is an opportunity to involve the store with the community of downtown businesses and attract new customers. I coordinated with local vendors interested in showing their goods and services to brides-to-be and their parties.
This was a Facebook banner I designed for the event using small florals and polished Yogo Sapphires – a specialty of The Gem Gallery's.
Our overall theme was "Something Blue", taken from the traditional rhyme "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue."
Because Yogo Sapphires are The Gem Gallery's staple gemstone, uncuttable stones were polished, separated, and given away as gifts to participants of Bridal Walk.
Estate jewelry was brought in specifically for this event from a vendor the owners of The Gem Gallery knew well. Under the watchful eye of The Gem Gallery employees, brides could try on extremely valuable pieces of vintage jewelry, take a selfie, and enter to win a prize from the store.
