For this exercise, I had to create three posters on which I could only spend 30 minutes per poster. The theme surrounding these posters is coping mechanisms and positive ways to deal with stress.
“Breathe” was inspired by a need to step back from our lives, take a hike, and allow ourselves to take some time for a break in nature. Just as easily as we become consumed by the stress in our lives, we can let ourselves be consumed by nature and the beautiful solace it offers.

“Explore” was inspired by a desire to travel and discover and learn. One of the best feelings in the world is the satisfaction of curiosity and the growth I experience from learning something new.

"Persist" came from a need to keep going in the face of personal adversities. The full quote goes, "She was warned. She was given an explanation. Nevertheless, she persisted." I picked Rosie the Riveter as the personification of this quote because she resembles the strength of the women who stepped up and exceeded the expectations of the time in spite of being told they couldn't do it.
